RescYou™ Pro is available in sizes: 4, 6 or 8 persons, valise or container, rail or deck mounted.


Manufactured in compliance with ISO 9650. Available with several different emergency packs. The VIKING RescYou™ Pro liferafts for yachting provide double security for passengers as they are equipped with two individual buoyancy chambers, each having sufficient buoyancy to carry the weight of the number of persons which the liferaft is designed to accommodate. Made from a special natural rubber fabric. Delivered in rigid glass-fibre reinforced polyester container or nylon valise. Self-righting capability due to large, inflatable canopy arches. Inflatable boarding ramp to ease boarding from sea. Integral, double inflatable floor for protection against hypothermia. Ballast system with 4 bags containing 60 litres/15 gallon per bag. Two large entrances ensuring ease of boarding from sea and boat as well as good ventilation.

  • Easy slide zips offer the ability to increase freeboard
  • Five separate air chambers
  • Sea anchor, rescue quoit, buoyant knife, internal and external life lines
  • Four 60 ltr. quick filling, weighted ballast bags offer maximum stability
  • Fitted with SOLAS grade, high-visibility retro-reflective tape
  • Automatic SOLAS/USCG exterior strobe light and interior light
  • Integral inflatable double floor provides additional thermal protection

  • The fluorescent yellow canopy enhances visibility from a distance, and is easier seen in bad weather and foggy conditions. Fluorescent yellow is chosen as it is a great contrast colour to grey and dark blue - the colours of the sea. The material is further certified according to the High Visibility Norm EN471 for traffic visibility.
  • Two windows with curtains provide a 360 degree view of the horizon which minimizes seasickness. Further, windows enhance the chance of survival as users can look out in search of rescuers without opening the liferaft and risking cooling down.
  • VIKING has increased bodily comfort for unlucky sailors with blue inner linings designed to reduce anxiety and seasickness. It is required for SOLAS liferafts and is transferred to this liferaft to enhance comfort.
  • To facilitate easy and quick boarding. The improved RescYou™ Pro has handles placed above the boarding ramp.
