SWITLIK’s OPR Offshore Passenger Life Raft is designed to be a high quality, light weight, modern version of the offshore life raft, with a convertible canopy system, Toroidal Stability Device and heat sealed construction. The OPR provides 1,350 lbs. of inflated buoyancy and 24 sq. ft. of floor area and offers excellent ventilation as well as total protection from the elements. Different from all other rafts with limited points of entry, the convertible canopy on the OPR allows for rapid and flexible boarding during an emergency, without forcing anyone to get into the water. This decreases the risk of hypothermia, and increases the safety factor for everyone on board when those who are young, old or injured need to get off the boat quickly.

Boarding a life raft from a boat or the water can be difficult. That is why the OPR is built with four (4) boarding stations. Each boarding ladder has a wide, stiff step to make it easier to climb over twin tubes.
